The Mission
Serving Philadelphia Schools
The Party With GQ Student Celebration Fund is an independent community initiative created by Party With GQ LLC to support students attending schools throughout Philadelphia. While we are committed to serving schools within the city, this campaign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the School District of Philadelphia or any individual school unless specifically announced.
Our goal is simple: partner with schools that need additional support to help create memorable experiences for their students.
How Schools Will Be Selected
To ensure donations have the greatest impact, priority will be given to schools and student organizations that demonstrate financial need. Requests may be submitted by:
School principals
Assistant principals
Guidance counselors
School social workers
Home and School Associations (HSA/PTO)
Student activity coordinators
Nonprofit organizations serving Philadelphia youth
Selection will be based on factors such as:
Title I school status
Percentage of economically disadvantaged students
Available funding for student activities
Number of students served
Community need
Availability of funds within the Student Celebration Fund
Our goal is to make this process equitable, transparent, and focused on reaching students who may otherwise miss out on these important milestone celebrations.
Transparency & Accountability
We believe every donor deserves to know how their contribution is making a difference.
Following each sponsored event, Party With GQ LLC will provide campaign updates whenever possible, including:
The name of the participating school or organization (with permission)
The type of event sponsored
The number of students served
Photos of the event setup or venue (only with appropriate permissions)
A summary of how donated funds were used
To protect student privacy, we will never publish identifiable photos or personal information about students without the required permissions.
Every dollar donated will directly support the delivery of professional DJ and Photo Booth services for deserving students, helping create safe, memorable celebrations that build school pride, strengthen community, and recognize the accomplishments of Philadelphia's youth.
Together, we're investing in more than events—we're investing in experiences that remind every student they are seen, celebrated, and valued.
